Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after receiving the order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order is shipped.

Orders received after 4 PM will be processed the next business day.

If we are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such situations we will contact you via email, SMS or a phone call.

Please note: Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Shipping Time

Orders once processed are shipped immediately. You will receive a shipment confirmation via Email and SMS containing your tracking number(s).

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Estimates

We have partnered with the best courier services to ensure that your orders are always delivered on time. You can expect your order(s) to be delivered between 3 and 12 days, depending on your location. You can always track your order using the tracking details provided to you via Email and SMS.

In certain scenarios orders may take longer to arrive for reasons that are beyond our control. In such situations we will do our best to make the delivery at the earliest.

Please note: There is always a possibility of delay in delivery of orders due to a lockdown, limited service in a region or an out of service area, in such situations you may have to co-ordinate with the courier partner’s delivery office and collect your order directly from them.

Damages

In case of a damaged packaging, do not accept the delivery of that particular package. In case you have received it and later, after opening the package, discover that the item(s) is Damaged/Defective, the return request should be filed within 24 hours of the order delivery along with photographs (of the received parcel box as well as the product) on our email
