ORDERS

Answer : Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID along with the Order Details for your reference. In addition, you will receive an Email & SMS confirming your order details.

Answer : You can view the status of your order(s) and other related information in the ‘My Account‘ section. In the My Account page, click on the ‘Orders‘ link to view the status of the order(s) you have placed with us.

Answer : You do not necessarily need an account with us to place an order. You can order as a guest by just providing your valid email address for correspondence. However, we highly recommend that you do create a Bongchie account. This will allow you to have a track record with us regarding all your orders.

Answer : For any particular product, the maximum quantity that can be purchased at a time is 5.

Answer : To cancel your order, just head to the ‘My Account’ section and click on ‘Orders’. You can make changes to your order or cancel an order entirely using this section of the website. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, for more on this please refer to the Cancellations & Returns policy.

Answer : In Stock: The item is available; we expect to deliver it in the mentioned timelines.

Out of Stock: This item is sold out and is currently not in stock.

Answer : No. Cash on Delivery service is not available on Bongchie at the moment.

Answer : Yes, you can leave items in your cart for future purchase provided the same device is used for the purchase.

Answer : No, you cannot change your order once it is placed. Though you can always make changes to your order if the Payment Status is Pending.

SHIPPING

Answer : As soon as we ship your order, you receive a notification of the same via Email & SMS containing information necessary to track your order. You can also access this information from ‘Orders’ located under your ‘My Account‘ section on our website bongchie.com. Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48 business hours post shipping.

Answer : All order received on bongchie.com are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Orders once processed are shipped immediately. We try our best to process and dispatch all orders within the allotted time. The delivery of an order depends on your location though we try to get an order delivered within 12 days of it being shipped. At all steps beginning from order processing till the time of delivery, we will remain in constant touch with you over the phone, Email and SMS to keep you updated.

Answer : When you place any order of less than Rs. 700 then a standard shipping charge, calculated at the time of Checkout, gets added to your bill. The shipping charges are waived off when you place an order of minimum Rs. 700.

Answer : Currently, we are accepting orders from within India. You are welcome to enquire about a product by visiting the Contact us page.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Answer : Conveniently place your return request online by filling a simple form available under the Contact us section of our website, by calling us on +91 – 8130120052 or by mailing us on our Email: info@bongchie.com

  • In case of Wrong Product/Size Exchange issue can be raised within 72 hours of the order delivery.
  • If after opening the package customer discovers that the item is missing, the return request should be filed within 48 hours of the order delivery along with photographs (of the parcel box as well as other products received) or other relevant proofs on our email.
  • In case of a damaged packaging, do not accept the delivery of that particular package. In case you have received it and later, after opening the package, discover that the item(s) is Damaged/Defective or the product is leaked, the return request should be filed within 24 hours of the order delivery along with photographs (of the received parcel box as well as the product) on our e-mail

Answer : There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns/replacements.

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Any wrong ordering or partially consumed products do not qualify for return
  • We shall not be liable for refunds/replacements for any incidental damage up to 25% of total product quantity as it may be a result of courier handling etc.
  • Damages above 25% of the total product quantity shall be covered under our return/replacement policy
  • Anything missing from the package related to the product including price tags, labels, invoice, original packing of product, parcel box, freebies and accessories
  • Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage by the customer
  • Any consumable item that has been used or the seal is broken
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

Answer : Once a replacement request is created and the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, we will initiate the return and send you an email detailing the return process as well as provide details about the replacement.

Please ship your product with all tags and accessories that came along with the product. Kindly ensure proper packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

Mention the Order Number/Delivery Address on the package, before handing over the packet to the courier service that will be responsible for shipping the package to us. Keep the Courier Company’s receipt for tracking purposes.

After the product is received by us, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated.

Bongchie reserves the right to cancel the return request, in the event of fraudulent and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products. Under such conditions, the products will be discarded.

Answer : If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same. Generally, a refund is processed within 7 to 10 working days depending upon the financial organizations involved.

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

Customer cancellation:

The customer can cancel the order for the product directly by logging into their Bongchie account till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

After shipping if a customer still doesn’t need the product, he/she may refuse to accept it from the courier partner and we will initiate a refund after the product is received by us.

Other cancellations:

Bongchie also reserves the right to cancel any orders that our courier partners are unable to accept and service due to certain reasons.

Some other situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or errors in pricing information specified by our partners.
